The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC) is excited to announce the appointment of Leslie Espinoza as its new Fractional Executive Director. In this role, Leslie will lead efforts to expand the Chamber’s mission of supporting neurodivergent professionals and businesses, fostering workplace inclusivity, and promoting innovative approaches to business.

Since 2022, Leslie has led the Superior Chamber of Commerce, spearheading significant rebuilding efforts post-Marshall Fire, driving growth, and strengthening the business community. With nearly 15 years of experience as a Chamber of Commerce executive, Leslie brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the position. Her deep understanding of the strengths of neurodivergent individuals, coupled with her commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all, will be key to guiding the Chamber’s continued growth.

“I am thrilled about the steps we are taking to ensure CNDCC’s community impact, growth, and sustainability by hiring Leslie Espinoza to lead our efforts,” said Tiffany Feingold, Co-Founder of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce. “Her incredible leadership, experience, and passion are exactly what we need to get to the next chapter in our development.”

In 2019, Leslie founded her own consulting business, providing marketing, public relations, fundraising, and event planning services to nonprofits. Her entrepreneurial spirit and community-focused leadership have made a lasting impact throughout her career.

“It’s an honor to represent such a groundbreaking organization, the country's first chamber of its kind,” said Leslie Espinoza, Executive Director of CNDCC. “Our co-founders and board have made incredible progress; my goal is to amplify the conversation around neurodiversity and work with business leaders to ensure every workplace is one where neurodivergent individuals can contribute and excel.”

Leslie graduated from the Western Association of Chamber Executives, the Hispanic Leadership Institute, and the Women’s Leadership Academy. For her leadership and community contributions, she has also been recognized as one of Arizona’s 40 Under 40.
