Danny Combs
Board Chair
Danny is a fourth-generation woodworker and mechanical tinkerer who grew up making “stuff” with his family. Eventually, he decided to follow his own path and went to Nashville to play music. His vibrant career included various platinum albums with Grammy and Oscar-winning recording artists.
After 10 years in the music industry, he began to cultivate his passion for education. His love for teaching lead to teaching private lessons and running the music program at an inner-city high school. He was granted several awards in teaching – including a Grammy Enterprise Award for the program he designed in the Nashville schools – and became a published educational author, arranger, and songwriter.
Danny has a Master’s Degree in Education, is a Board-Certified Cognitive Specialist, a Certified Autism Specialist, and a classic car junkie.

Amanda Kelly
Board Secretary
Amanda moved from her home in Ireland to Colorado, USA, in 2013. She is President and CEO of Firefly Autism and Co-Founder of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC).
She is a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, the International Women’s Forum, and sits on a federally approved Institutional Review Board at Firefly Autism, which is formally designated to review and monitor biomedical research.
In her roles, Amanda focuses on values based and transparent leadership to drive innovation in both business and non-profit sectors. She is dedicated to promoting and advancing meaningful societal change for all with whom she works.

Tiffany Feingold
Board Treasurer
Tiffany is an accomplished business leader with over 22 years of experience in the fields of healthcare and education. She has an extensive background in sales, account management, and leadership.
In 2020, Tiffany and her husband, Cyle Feingold founded Guiding Bright Minds a community of educators, professionals, and parents who are dedicated to helping guide and educate parents of neurodivergent children on their journey.
In 2022, Tiffany co-founded the Colorado Neurodiverse Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC). An organization focused on improving employers' economic growth and development through the support of hiring and retaining qualified neurodiverse employees.
Tiffany’s motivation and passion for Guiding Bright Minds and CNDCC stems from her personal journey as a parent of a neurodivergent child.

Amy Bittner
Director
Amy Weeks Bittner joined MJ Insurance in 2023 as the vice president, business + community development.
In her role, Amy is responsible for promoting MJ’s commitment to the community through board service, volunteering and community giving initiatives along with focusing on new business development for all MJ business units. Additionally, Amy works to organize opportunities that connect local business leaders through networking events, roundtables, and industry gatherings.
In 2013, Amy founded the skills-based volunteer group, HRunlocked, which brings HR leadership in Colorado together for skills-based volunteer events that serve those with barriers to employment. HRunlocked partners with organizations such as Step Denver, BankWork$, Blind Institute of Technology and Women’s Bean Project.
Amy has served on the Boards of Women’s Bean Project, a social enterprise focused on job readiness and Firefly Autism, an organization that supports individuals on the autism spectrum. Currently, Amy is an active member of the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC).

Arielle Reindeau
Director
Arielle Reindeau is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience implementing person centered behavior analysis. Arielle has served populations with special needs, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries, in school, residential, home and hospital-based settings.
Arielle is the first BCBA ever to work full-time within a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Model Systems Hospital, serving as the Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Supervisor at Craig Hospital. Craig Hospital is a world-renowned rehabilitation hospital that exclusively specializes in neurorehabilitation and research for individuals with spinal cord injury and brain injury. In her position she leads a team of specialists who ensure maximum patient success and health outcomes, with proven efficacy.
Arielle also provides hospital-wide education on behavior management and individualized protocols. She has IRB approval for her first publication which compares standardized data systems to individualized data systems.
In addition to her clinical duties, she has been involved in developing the overall Neurobehavioral Programming to include education opportunities for all individuals to help optimize patient, family, and community outcomes.

Adam Snyder
Director
Adam has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, all with FirstBank, a locally headquartered bank with 2,800 employees.
Over the years, he has led various business functions including Corporate Real Estate, Retail Operations, and HR.
His current role as an HR executive at FirstBank provides an exciting opportunity to influence policy and procedure to create a more inclusive workplace for neurodistinct job seekers and current employees. He is the executive sponsor of the Neurodiversity and Abilities employee resource group at FirstBank, which he helped to create in 2023.
He has been involved with supporting disadvantaged individuals throughout his career, including board involvement with the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center in Jefferson County, and fundraising efforts with Special Olympics of Colorado.
Adam has a son with Autism and a partner with ADHD.

Tim Goldstein
Director
Tim was diagnosed with Asperger’s style autism at age 54. The diagnosis changed his life both personally and professionally.
Tim is a serial entrepreneur in online and brick and mortar retail, product design and development, and manufacturing. He joined the tech business by becoming a Microsoft Certified System Engineer in the mid 90’s.
Tim became an independent IT consultant where he was able to experience the workplace culture of many companies large and small. Tim is now a technical trainer at Google where he is deeply involved in their neurodiversity efforts.
He is also a board member of the Autism Society of America, on the CAI Neurodiversity Solutions advisory board, and an advisor to Uptimize and Link OT. Tim is working to explain and release the unique perspectives and skills of the neurodistinct through his efforts as a Neurodiverse Communications Specialist.
Tim’s concepts include the Neurocloud, Emotional Speaking, Neurodiversity at Work 2.0 and more. He believes an inside out approach starting with support, understanding, and acceptance before hiring programs is required.
Tim is a professionally trained and experienced speaker and trainer in both in person and virtual formats. His style is relaxed, engaging, personal, and immediately actionable. He has spoken or trained organizations like Nvidia, Qualcomm, Google, Cornell University, Vanderbilt, Autism Speaks as well as private coaching with individual contributors to executives.
He authored, Geeks Guide to Interviews: 15 Critical Items for the Technical Type, which uses simple steps like his 2-Minute Rule to help the neurodistinct to succeed in traditional interviews and everyone else to better understand neurodiversity challenges in the workplace.

Catharina Hughey
Director
Catharina is the Executive Director of Roots Colorado dba DIRT Coffee, a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to reducing underemployment among neurodivergent individuals through innovative and transformative hiring practices.
With a profound personal connection to disability justice—stemming from her own journey navigating disability systems—Catharina brings passion and empathy to her work, underpinned by nearly 13 years of experience in non-profit organizational leadership.
Under her leadership, DIRT Coffee has launched four high-quality, evidence-based programs—internships, workshops, job development, and workforce employers—as well as the mobile initiative, 'DIRT on the Road'. These programs are meticulously designed to empower neurodivergent individuals and assist employers in creating inclusive, supportive workplace environments.
In 2023 alone, these initiatives have positively impacted over 900 individuals, significantly advancing neurodivergent inclusion. Additionally, across two brick-and-mortar coffee shops, DIRT has reached more than 40,000 people, actively challenging ableist views and promoting diversity.
Catharina also holds significant roles outside of DIRT Coffee. She serves on the Littleton Downtown Development Authority, striving for universal design and sustainable development in the area. As Chair of the DEI committee on the University of Denver Alumni Council, she works to ensure inclusive educational environments for all.
A graduate of the University of Denver, where she specialized in Organizational Leadership and Policy Practice Master Program at GSSW, and the Executive Director of Color Institute, Catharina is equipped with a robust understanding of racial equity and inclusion. These insights greatly influence her leadership style, which is centered around disability justice and an unwavering commitment to improving intersectional societal equity.

Jhon F Londoño
Director
Jhon F. Londoño, Ph.D., brings more than 30 years of corporate, entrepreneurial and non-profit experience, including 21 years in executive and leadership positions in the non-profit sector, leading organizations that serve Latino, BIPOC, and systemically underserved communities, as well Board service in 501c3 nonprofits and Chambers of Commerce.
Presently, Dr. Londoño is the inaugural Executive Director of the RTL Foundation in Denver’s historically black Five Points neighborhood. Under his leadership, the Foundation launched the BIPOC Nonprofit Development Center (BNDC) – the country’s first incubator for BIPOC-led and serving nonprofit organizations and Social Entrepreneurs.
Dr. Londoño led recruitment of the BNDC’s inaugural cohort of 24 nonprofits, organizations which already serve more than 185,000 Coloradans in myriad areas including economic and workforce development. The investment in the build-out of the BNDC in Five Points stands at $2.8 Million, and Dr. Londoño leads all business and fund development, securing investments from leading corporations, private foundations and Individual donors in support of the BNDC, as well as public sector investments from the City and County of Denver, the State of Colorado.
Previously, Dr. Londoño was Vice President of Development and Communications for Warren Village in Denver, an organization that provides transitional housing and education services to single parent families and their children. During his tenure, Warren Village’s revenue reached an all-time high of $11 million.
A native of Colombia, Dr. Londoño is fully bilingual and was the first in his family to graduate college and later earn a Ph.D. in engineering, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a proud 2019 alumni of the Latino Leadership Institute at the University of Denver.
Diagnosed ADD as an adult, Dr. Londoño is the proud father of two boys, the youngest of whom is on the Autism Spectrum and diagnosed ADHD.
