The Workforce Committee is dedicated to advancing employment opportunities and promoting inclusive workplace practices for neurodivergent individuals. This committee focuses on connecting businesses with qualified neurodivergent talent, providing resources for hiring and retention, and fostering workplace environments where neurodiversity is valued and supported.

Through collaboration with employers, educators, and community leaders, the Workforce Committee works to bridge the gap between neurodiverse job seekers and businesses committed to creating inclusive workspaces.

The committee also develops training programs, tools, and resources to help businesses implement neuro-inclusive hiring practices, ensuring long-term success for both employees and organizations.
