Ryan Mull
Ryan is an accomplished executive with progressive experience, developed throughout a successful 20+ year career. Prior to joining the Uptimize team, Ryan most recently advised social impact startups and was President of two software firms that exclusively served licensed mental health professionals. As the Head of Growth at Uptimize, he uses his professional experience and ADHD/ASD/Dyslexic thinking to help our customers grow and create more neuroinclusive cultures.
Sarah Yourgrau
Social Anthropologist and 2X EMMY award-winning Producer and Personality, Sarah Yourgrau brings a refreshingly new kind of authenticity, warmth and contagious humanity to the entertainment & storytelling industries.

Stuart Zall
Stuart founded The Zall Company, LLC, in 2000. He has more than 35 years of retail-leasing
expertise to bring to his role as company president. As part of a joint project, he also served
as vice president of leasing at Pacific Realty Services (PRS), expanding both companies’
presence domestically and in China. Stuart is a founding member of Retail Intelligence
Advisors, a real estate advisory firm that provides hands-on retail and shopping center
analysis and due diligence.
Under his guidance, The Zall Company has established itself as a premier retail brokerage
firm serving retailers, landlords and developers internationally from offices in Denver and
Boca Raton. Client projects cover everything from high-street retail to outlet malls to upscale
shopping centers. Through his efforts, major retailers and international retail giants H&M,
Sephora and Uniqlo were established in the Denver Pavilions. Stuart also established the first
Cheesecake Factory in Gainesville, FL and True Food Kitchen in Louisiana. He engaged with
PRS in leasing efforts with a “Western format” outlet mall in Xi’an, China.
Prior to founding The Zall Company, Stuart served as vice president and director of Lord
Associates. When Lord was acquired by The Taubman Company, a publicly traded
multibillion-dollar real estate trust (TCO), he continued as director of value retail leasing.
Lloyd Lewis
Lloyd Lewis is the CEO of the Arc Thrift Stores of Colorado, one of Colorado’s largest employers with 1,700 employees. Arc Thrift is also one of Colorado’s largest nonprofits, employers of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), recyclers, and relief organizations. Under Mr. Lewis’s tenure Arc Thrift has funded over $250 million to nonprofit causes and charity since 2005.
Mr. Lewis was a nominee for CEO of the Year by ColoradoBiz Magazine in 2020, and named one of Denver’s Most Admired CEOs in 2021 by the Denver Business Journal. Mr. Lewis is also the recipient of a Civil Rights Award, and a World Citizenship Award in 2022 from the International Civitans, whose prior winners include Eunice Shriver, the founder of Special Olympics.
Mr. Lewis’s career in disabilities and employment has been recognized in the Congressional Record by US House of Representatives Jason Crow and Diana DeGette.
Mr. Lewis has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and prior to Arc Thrift Mr. Lewis was a municipal investment banker with Smith Barney, a Senior Financial Analyst with IBM, a Director of Finance for a publicly traded medical equipment company, and immediately before Arc Thrift served as a CFO for a high tech start-up company ultimately sold to Micron. Mr. Lewis is a board member of the Colorado Business Roundtable, and chairs it’s community committee.
Mr. Lewis lives in the tech center in Englewood Colorado with this wife Claire who is a substitute teacher, and has four older and two younger children, including a 19 year old son with Down syndrome. Mr. Lewis is a nationally recognized expert in IDD employment, and speaks nationally to corporations about the positive contributions of employees with IDD, and will be speaking at the opening plenary session at the Arc of United States convention in November 2022.
